On a Wednesday Martin Lawrence and Zest4Life team of volunteers have a Breakfast Club open to all, 10.15 am seating cost is £5 for two courses and endless beverages, then, with the exception of volunteers, all leave by 12.15 so that volunteers have time to re-set the room for the next hire

Zest4Life has become a life-saver for many, especially those that have lost someone and with him or her the art of conversation and laughter; our prime mission is to bring together the smiling and conversationalists with residents that need both to raise their heads and enjoy Malvern.
